Item Description...
Product Description Judge Roy Moore's critics, both within conservative circles and without, have maintained that Moore violated the law by disobeying the order of a federal judge to remove a monument of the Ten Commandments from his courthouse. But Moore brilliantly argues that those who ordered him to remove the monument are the ones breaking the law by ordering him to violate his oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States. In So Help Me God, Moore argues that the states must acknowledge the moral principles on which America was founded and that it is not illegal to do so. This book articulates why Moore believes elected and appointed government officials have the right and the obligation to acknowledge God as the foundation of American government and jurisprudence.

| Bruce Pandolfini modeled his column in Chess Life after this little book and has improved on Horowitz' original idea. If you are used to tackling Pandolfini's column, this book will be a little disappointing. The explanations here are a little more simplistic and the grading system is more vague, but one can't help but learn from working hard at studying a game of chess. I got my copy for a quarter at a used book sale -- if you can find one for a few bucks -- buy it. | | | Write your own review about So Help Me God: The Ten Commandments, Judicial Tyranny, and the Battle for Religious Freedom
