Easy life changing ideas  Dec 5, 2009
There were so many suggestions on things you can do to make changes that I never would have considered, but sound really good. You don't have to feel like you're making huge sacrifices or missing out on things that taste good. And the very best advice in this book was, "Don't try to change everything at once!" Taking small steps will lead to big steps eventually. You can't do it all now, but you can do something.
 
Swaps...great idea for book & title....  Nov 23, 2009
I was looking for something more intentional and specific...or a summary for the book. The stories were engaging but I decided I would be better off starting my own list of swaps. Inspiration, some good ideas, but not as powerful as it might have been.

Just cranked out - no editing - probably better to use the sparkpeople website to get ideas. I gave it to someone who does not have ready access to a computer and doesn't mind wandering around in the author's time wasting manner Plus for them the book was free

BIG Difference.

I made the Veggie Lasagna and it was VERY Delicious!

I can wait to try more of the recipes.


The previous Biggest Loser contestants included their simple swaps,

and they aren't all food related which were nice.

I hope you enjoy my video review.

I do wish they would have included more recipes :).
